What's the best fishing hook and bait for catching Walleye and/or Northern Pike?

Please write a specific fishing hook that will attract Walleye or Northern Pike or a fish bait

I would try a large minnow and a bobber or a jig and a minnow. For lures I would try a #7shadrap.

where are good fishing spots near Twin Falls Idaho and what kind of bait do you personally use?

me and my dad seem to never have luck and we dont know if its the places we fish, our bait, or both

There are lots of good places to go. The Snake River is available, but contrary to the previous poster it is illegal to keep any sturgeon in Idaho. You can also fish at Clear Lake, there is the Big Wood River, Magic Reservoir. Check the fishing regulations for a list of other possible places.

How can I find a zoom (fishing Bait wholesaler/dealer) and other fishing bait and tackle wholesalers?

I am thinking about opening up a small bait and tackle shop and I am having a hard time finding actual wholesalers.

No one can answer this question better than Zoom. Contact them directly. If they can't sell you the quantity you requested, they will let you know where their local dealers are.

Addition:
You could also attend trade shows. Sometimes, obtaining a catalogue for the trade show alone will provide sufficient information.

What is the difference between Big-game fishing and Deep Sea fishing?

I'm writing a coursework speech for my english lesson on What Makes Me Mad.
And I was wondering what is the difference between Big-game fishing and deep sea fishing? Best answer gets an easy 10 points!

In general, deep-sea fishing is fishing in the ocean from a boat a ways from shore. You can target small, medium, or large fish. I've been on offshore trips which came in with lots of tiny (under 10 pound) yellowfin tuna — this is definitely deep sea fishing, but definitely not big game fishing.

Big game fishing refers to targeting big fish (100 pounds and up in my experience). This generally requires specialized heavy tackle and methods, big baits/lures, etc. The fish targeted include marlin, big tuna, big sharks, and possibly others.

Puerto Vallarta Dreaming

How do you get relief from the cold north winds of the Canadian climate? Just say â??PVMâ?. Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Set amidst the magnificent Sierra Madre mountains, this traditional Mexican village comes complete with cobblestone streets, and the ambiance of tropical flowers. Friendly citizens provide ample dining opportunities and shopping adventures for both the locals and tourists alike. Your first visit to the area may be a winter getaway but the appeal of this region is so inviting many people are purchasing homes so they can embrace the culture and climate of Puerto Vallarta any time.

Puerto Vallarta, is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico along Banderas Bay. The temperature remains warm year-round, with evening temperatures cooling off the day. What could be more rejuvenating than spending time enjoying a walk on a sandy beach, listening to the ocean surf? According to the â??Travel and Leisure Magazine Readers Survey,â? Puerto Vallarta has been named the best beach area in Latin America. Make every day a beach day, with 25 miles of glorious beaches for walking, sunbathing and exploring. The local currency is the peso and of course your credit card is accepted almost everywhere. Over the years increased tourism and foreign owned real estate has brought attention to the water quality. Most of the restaurants have access to purified water and ice and are washing their salad products for ensured health and safety.

This region of Mexico is highly populated by tourist and seasonal residents. Hence there are ample activities to keep you busy, and wonderful restaurant opportunities offering local and continental fare. A diverse repertoire of recreational pastimes such as sailing, golfing, tennis, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, hot air ballooning, kayaking, jungle tours, horse back riding and excursions to over 30 art galleries and public buildings are at your doorstep for you to enjoy. If your idea of traveling and sightseeing includes wildlife you will be excited to know that the humpback whale winters in Banderas Bay every year. Other ocean attractions include the dolphins, giant manta and sea turtles. Avid bird watchers will thrive in this tropical region as they experience the sighting of the â??Laughing Falconâ? or â??Blue Footed Booby.â? More than 100 exotic birds reside in the Puerto Vallarta area.

Puerto Vallarta transportation is easily accessed through the abundant supply of taxis that operate throughout the town. The average fare is about $3.00 USD. Traveling the length of the town will cost about $6.00 USD. Interestingly enough taxi fares are posted in the daily newspaper and most major hotels. Remember you are in Mexico and Mexican entrepreneurs are renowned for price negotiation even on travel expenses.

It used to be that buying real estate was cash deals only in Mexico; this is no longer true. Financing for real estate within Mexico can be arranged. So donâ??t let the information of the past deter you from having your dream home in Puerto Vallarta.
